Kajal Rambhia is a Clinical Psychologist and Counsellor with over 12 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults and families. She helps individuals navigate anxiety, stress, emotional challenges, relationship concerns and personal growth through compassionate, evidence-based therapy.
She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and has received specialised training from institutions including NIMHANS, Beck Institute and In Vivo Mumbai Centre. Her expertise includes CBT, REBT, Arts-Based Therapy, psychotherapy and child counselling.
Based in Mumbai, Kajal works with individuals, families and educational institutions to promote emotional wellbeing and resilience. Her approach is client-centred, empathetic and tailored to each individual’s unique needs, creating a safe and supportive space for healing and growth.
